• Act as communication liaison between clients & Sociallee team
• Participating in client meetings, offering strategies and identifying objectives to help meet goals
• Compiling and presenting monthly performance reports for clients
• Spearheading needs for clients, including video production, photo shoots and more
• Oversee tasks and timelines of projects for clients, delegating to team members as appropriate

• Updating and managing team members’ tasks and deadlines through client management program
• Review and edit content from Social Media Content Creator
• Serve as direct report for entry-level team members
• Training, guiding and assisting team members as needed with projects including: Graphic Design, Email Marketing, Press Release Writing, Media Relations Social Media Management, and Video/Photo Editing

Social Media

• Writing creative, strategic content for multiple businesses across social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube and more. (Scheduling and engagement handled by another team member)
• Sourcing images and creating supplemental graphics as needed
• Creating events, photo albums, etc.
• Knowledge of Business Manager and Ads Manager is a plus
• Outreach to targeted list of influencers to coordinate opportunities
• Negotiating benefits and agreements
• Connecting influencer with operations team to ensure seamless execution
• Sharing influencer’s social media stories, blog, etc, to business’s account
• Reporting results to client

Email Marketing

• Creation of email newsletters for multiple clients.
• Curating content, linking images, writing descriptions
• Distribution and reporting to client on open rates, etc.
• Experience in Mailchimp & Constant Contact required

Content Creation

• Writing for press – media alerts, blurbs and releases
• Distribution of releases and coordinating with team for opportunities
• Writing monthly blogs for clients, utilizing keyword content strategy

Requirements

• Experience utilizing additional programs and platforms including: Creator Studio, Canva, Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc
• Must have sound grammar and knowledge of AP writing style.
• Compensation depends on experience and performance.
