Client Strategy Manager

Full-Time, Remote Position
Leadership

• Serve as the leader of the account(s) – providing expert counsel to clients for opportunities and situations. This may include:

• Crisis Communications

• Ideas for new services

• Trending topics in their industry

• New platform to explore

• Strategy Implementation

• Organized Communications

• Multi-tasking Project Tasks

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, spearheading their weekly, bi-weekly or monthly meetings.

• Work with clients on production and content planning alongside team members–hiring appropriate vendors for production needs and include deliverables and direction.

• Oversee project timelines of the creative team, ensuring team members are following systems to meet all deadlines for tasks. Adding team members’ tasks and deadlines in Asana.

• Managing communications between client and team members to ensure new project timelines can be feasibly executed.

• Review content and tasks before sending items to client for approval. Review for brand consistency, accuracy, style, messaging, visual appeal, and strategy – always ensuring what we provide is the highest level of quality.

• Oversee the efficiency of individual team members, assessing their needs for education, additional training, etc. Find a balance between empowering the team to resolve issues and work independently, but also knowing when to seek approval or guidance.

• Identifying opportunities to adjust systems, team members, and services to work more efficiently together and/or toward clients’ goals.

• Consistently review strategy, ensuring tasks and execution are still meeting the needs of the client. Make recommendations for additional services or changing services/strategy as needed.

Reporting

• Review each account’s monthly report with the client, offering recommendations, discussing ideas, and forming solutions as appropriate.

Other

• Training, guiding, and assisting team members as needed with projects including:

Content Creator

Full-Time, Remote Position
Social Media

• Planning monthly content calendars for clients, ensuring client goals are at the forefront of the strategy.

• Writing creative, strategic content for multiple business across social media platform including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Youtube, Google My Business, and more.

• Research trending audio and Reels/Tik Toks to present ideas to client.

• Editing Reels/Tik Toks.

• Sourcing images for posts and creating supplemental graphics as needed.

• Set up and management of paid campaigns on Facebook and Instagram

• Creating events, photo albums, etc.

• Pulling analytics and stats for client reports. Explain meaning and importance of specific data to clients regarding their social media.

• Identifying new social platforms for clients and advising on expanding to new platforms.

• Knowledge of Facebook Meta Business Manager and Ads Manager.

Email Marketing

• Creation of email newsletters for multiple clients.

• Curating content, linking images, writing descriptions.

• Distribution and reporting to client on open rates, clicks, etc.

• Development of strategic funnels.

• Reviewing stats and reporting back to client, advising on how to optimize current funnels, lead magnets, etc.

• Writing monthly blogs for clients, utilizing keyword content strategy.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• A passion for creating fun and engaging content on social media.

• At least 3 years of experience managing social media for business.

PR Manager

Full-Time, Remote Position
Public Relations

• Developing public relations plans to creatively garner visibility, credibility and positive brand reputation for clients.

• Spearheading influencer and affiliate campaigns.

• Research, outreach, negotiation, and confirmation of influencers.

• Coordinate offers and tracking for campaigns to effectively reporting on campaign success.

• Pitching media for editorial coverage, podcast interviews and more.

• Identifying events, speaking engagements and sponsorship opportunities for clients.

• Coordinating community relations campaigns for local-driven clients.

• Writing and distributing press releases, media alerts.

• Research PR databases to develop media lists.

• Sourcing vendors, assets and information to facilitate PR related campaigns.

• Reaching out to potential partners for brand collaborations, sponsorships and more.

PR & Digital Media Coordinator

Full-Time, Remote Position
Digital & Social Media

• Craft posts and source images for multiple business profiles in multiple platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tik Tok, YouTube, Google My Business and more.

• Creation and editing reels and Tik Toks.

• Creation of e-mail blasts within templates including photo selection, content creation, insertion of links and deployment.

• Writing monthly blogs for clients, utilizing keyword content strategy.

• Setting up paid social media campaigns.

• Spearheading social reporting, pulling stats and compiling client reports.

Public Relations

• Support PR research and outreach for influencer and affiliate campaigns.

• Coordinate influencer contracts, establishing expectations and measuring influencer exposure to report return on investment to client.

• Press release writing and distribution.

• Research PR databases to develop media lists.

Web Development & Design

Full-Time, Remote Position
Role Objectives

• Meet with clients to understand and refine business and functional requirements and determine project scopes and specifications.

• Work with clients to create well-designed, tested code using best practices for website development, including mobile and responsive site design.

• Work internally with content team to develop a strategic site map and custom, SEO-driven content.

• Create websites and user interfaces, using standard HTML/CSS practices, while incorporating data from back-end databases and services.

• Develop or validate testing schedules, addressing all browsers and devices to ensure various computers can access content.

• Ensure software stability, support quality assurance, and perform unit and user-acceptance testing to identify bugs and ensure production operations run successfully.

• Work quickly and carefully to complete small edits requested by customers, develop plans for completing larger projects, collaborate with colleagues, and suggest new solutions to improve existing websites.

• Perform UI designs and coding, creating reusable objects and templates, wireframes for web pages and email templates; manage maintenance, updates, expansions, and scaling of each design.

• Perform regular file backups to local directories for recovery.

• Maintain updated knowledge of new and emerging industry trends and technology.

• Spearhead all graphic needs for clients including ad campaigns, social media, email templates, signage and more.

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in web and graphic design

• Bachelor’s degree in web design, multimedia design, or related field

• Experience planning and developing websites across multiple products and organizations

• Working knowledge of web applications, programming languages, and web services, such as APIs, CSS, CSS3, cross-browser compatibility, HTML, HTML5, JavaScript, JQuery, PHP, security principles, REST, SOAP, and web user interface design (UI)

• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite products including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and more

• Proficiency with content management systems, including WordPress, Squarespace, Shopify and Drupal

• Dedication to innovative, sophisticated designs and collaborative problem solving

• Working experience in Windows and Linux environments

• Experience in building and maintaining eCommerce sites

• Proven success in a project coordination role

• Experience implementing and using modern web development workflows and operations

Internship

Part-Time, Remote Position
