Meet Jessie:

Jessie was born and raised on Florida’s Emerald Coast. She briefly lived in Okinawa and as much as she loved it, there’s no beach like our beach! She was shocked to find that some beaches have rocks instead of sand. Jessie loves her dogs, live music, cooking, and is an avid Guy Fieri fan.

Jessie attended the Collegiate High School at Northwest Florida State College and graduated high school with her Associate’s Degree. One of her passions is to express creativity through food, and she has done so with her blog, Simply Nourished Girl. Her other passion is to express creativity in a way that helps propel brands and businesses forward. She has previously written content for Get the Coast, where she showcased all things up-and-coming in the community! For the last year, Jessie has been managing homeowner associations and she is ecstatic to step back into a creative role.

Fun fact: Jessie is an enneagram 2. She is also an INFJ, which is the rarest of the Myers-Briggs personality types!

Favorite US city: Chicago would have to be one of my favorite cities. From the amazing pizza and architecture to family memories at Wrigley Field, it will always have a special place in my heart!  

Place you would like to travel: I would love to travel to Italy! I can’t imagine anything better than eating a fresh plate of pasta in such a beautiful place. It would be an absolute dream to visit vineyards and take a few cooking classes while there!

Favorite city abroad: All my international travel has taken place in Asia. I would have to say that my favorite city so far is Seoul, South Korea. It was my first time traveling out of the states and it opened a whole new world for me!
